As you are a valued member of our community, and a past guest of Delta Ottawa Hotel and Suites, we would like to share with you some recent changes within the Delta chain.

Over the past year, our customers have enjoyed two Delta hotels in Ottawa. However, our agreement with Delta Ottawa Hotel and Suites, located on Queen Street, expires on January 31, 2012, at which time the property will become an independent hotel.

Starting February 1, Delta-branded programs and services, including Delta Privilege, will no longer be available at this hotel. However, all bookings and business commitments made for the period beginning February 1 will continue to be honoured by the property.

Our recent addition of Delta Ottawa City Centre, located on Lyon Street and adjacent to the existing hotel, will provide us with the opportunity to continue serving the important Ottawa market. We have some exciting renovations currently underway at this hotel that will be completed within the next few months.

We have enjoyed a 35-year history in Ottawa and we are proud to be part of the community; we look forward to continuing this great tradition with our new hotel on Lyon Street.
