Best Rate Guarantee

Terms and Conditions
We guarantee that if you are able to find a lower published rate then those on deltahotels.com, prior to making your reservation, simply give us a call at 877-443-4860 and we'll be happy to honor the rate found PLUS apply an additional 10% discount to your room rate per night. This guarantee applies to reservations for guest rooms at any Delta Hotel or Resort. Does not apply to taxes, gratuities, or any additional guest charges or fees. Applies to new reservations only, at time of reservation. Applies for the same room type, on the same dates as reservation. It is up to the discretion of Delta Hotels and Resorts to honor the Best Rate Guarantee outside these guidelines. Should the rate found on another site be in a different currency, Delta Hotels and Resorts will convert to Canadian Currency based on the current exchange rate. If the reservation is for multiple nights, the Best Rate Guarantee will compare the total room cost of the stay as booked at Delta Hotels and Resorts with the total room cost found on another provider. Opaque 3rd party providers such as Priceline and Hotwire are not included in the Best Rate Guarantee. (includes any site that does not provide Hotel details such as name, location, brand at time of reservation) Does not apply to special packaged rates, such as those found on providers that include airfaire and/or car rental in the price of the reservation. Does not apply to special negotiated corporate rates, tour wholesaler rates and/or rates that have been negotiated for a group. This also includes rates requiring a membership club (i.e. rates that are not available to the general public) Does not apply to direct mail or electronic mail solicitations via other providers. The Best Rate Guarantee applies to a rate found with rate limitations that are similar to the rate limitations of the rate found on deltahotels.com. For example, rates such as those with advance purchase requirements or prepayment / deposit requirements, and/or specific room type requirements. It is at the sole discretion of Delta Hotels as to if the comparing rates are of the same nature and restriction limitations and if they apply for the Best Rate Guarantee.
